Wedding Information

Congratulations on your engagement!

We are delighted that you have chosen to seek God’s blessing on your union by being married according to Christian marriage. We at Druid Hills are eager to make your wedding as beautiful and as memorable as possible.

Please contact our event coordinator, Julia Alexander at weddings@druidhillsumc.org, or our office manager, Jean Hilyard at info@druidhillsumc.org, if you have additional questions or want to book your wedding at DHUMC.

Druid Hills is fortunate to have two locations that are appropriate for weddings. The Sanctuary seats approximately eight hundred and the McCord Chapel seats approximately one hundred. You are welcome to stop by and see what a beautiful setting the church is for weddings.

Honoraria for Sanctuary

Sanctuary Rental: $1000

Event Coordinator: $250

Cleaning Fee: $75

Organist: $200 (if using organ – our organist has right of first refusal)

Minister: $250 (you are welcome to use your own minister)

Reception Hall: $800

Druid Hills UMC does not require that you use our minister.
The reception hall and organist are optional.

Druid Hills is also located close to several venues for receptions including Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, Fernbank Museum, and Druid Hills Country Club.
