Altar Guild

The work of the Altar guild continues to be a great challenge. We rely on the congregation’s help during both advent and Easter seasons. The beautiful greenery and flower arrangements, as well as Lilies and Poinsettias offer the congregation opportunities for participation.

The Altar Guild donated table Mums for the luncheon for World Communion Sunday sponsored by Outreach for neighborhood churches. We assisted with candles for the All Saints and Christmas Eve Candlelight service, as well as palm branches for Palm Sunday. In July we again enjoyed sponsoring flower arrangements from the congregation on “Flowers From Your Garden” Sundays.

We are always looking for more dedicated participants. The Altar Guild appreciates the continuing opportunity to enhance Worship Services and the Church.
